Training doesn't stop the moment you stop running. Remember to complete our recommended stretching routine after each training session or match, to keep injuries at bay.
Players (AND coaches too!) must bring adequate drinking water to every training session and match. A nutritious snack after training and matches enhances muscle recovery and development.
We contact our players and their parents or guardians primarily via Whatapp, so if your contact information changes, please be sure to send a message with your name and updated telephone number.
